About Run dog run…

Run Dog Run are weekly Yoga/Run classes led in Prospect Park, Brooklyn every Saturday, weather permitting. Classes are 90 minutes and generally follow the format of 30-45 Yoga Warm-Up sequence, 30-45 minute run (typically a loop around the park) and a 15 minute cool down/stretching sequence.  Each week we will focus on a different sequences to target more specifics, but expect a well-rounded physical class each week.  To see what's on tap each week check out the Schedule.  

Please be dressed to do yoga and run, along with a mat and water.  We will have a limited number of mats available to rent by donation. Props will be provided as needed as well as a icy cold water cooler to store your bottle.  Your belongings will be safe with an attendant as we run our loop in the park.

Well-behaved pups that you usually run with are also welcome to join us.  We will have stakes on hand that we can anchor their leash down while we do yoga.
